Dataset for "Linear control theory for jammed particle systems," consisting of all trajectories that were analyzed in the paper. Files containing particle positions are named minimized.gsd, are in GSD (https://gsd.readthedocs.io) format, and are able to be rendered by OVITO (https://www.ovito.org/). Files containing associated thermodynamic information for each trajectory, like potential energy, stress etc., are named minimized.log. Files listing the frame that immediately precedes a rearrangement in each trajectory are named minimized_RearrFrame.npz. (Multiple rearrangements occurred during each simulation; included is just the frame analyzed in the paper for each.) Each trajectory is associated with a separate subdirectory in the workspace directory. This repository also include a jupyter notebook (read_data.ipynb) that demonstrates how to access the data and plot quantities from the log file. Note that, to visualize the trajectories via OVITO, users will need to change the default particle diameters such that one particle type's radius is 0.5 and the other is 0.7.
